After drying, the outer skin appears gray white with light purple stripes. The weight of a single head is about 55g, and the horizontal diameter of garlic is 5.5cm. 80% -90% of garlic has a diameter greater than 5cm, and its shape is neat, meeting export standards. Each head has 12-13 cloves, arranged in two layers, with 6-7 cloves on the outer layer and 5-7 cloves on the inner layer. The outer cloves are plump and uniform in shape, while the inner cloves are small and irregular, with an average single clove weight of about 4.5g. Garlic coating layer, light reddish yellow, with purple stripes at the base, thin, glossy, and easy to peel off. Garlic cloves have a unique shape, with a raised upper part on the belly and a concave lower part, making them easy to distinguish from other varieties. The meat is relatively loose and has a mild spicy taste. The entire reproductive period is about 260 days. Short rest period, not durable for storage. But the short dormancy period is suitable for producing garlic yellow in winter. Linzi District, Zibo City, Shandong Province uses Zihe geothermal energy to produce garlic yellow on a large scale, mainly using this variety.
